From a young age, I have always been a sports enthusiast. As a spectator and participant, I immersed myself in anything and everything. As I entered University, I knew that human biomechanics and sports injuries were of specific interest to me. My family has been in the knee bracing industry since 1980, which undoubtedly helped direct me to both Pedorthics and knee bracing. I have experience in and enjoy assessing individuals of all ages and activity levels, especially athletes ranging from professional to weekend warriors. Over the years I have assessed members of the Vancouver Canucks, Vancouver Giants, BC Lions, and Vancouver Whitecaps. Regardless of one’s activity level, I truly believe an integrated approach is key in addressing soft tissue injuries.
I have a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from The University of British Columbia, and am a Certified Pedorthist (Canada) and Certified Pedorthic Technician (Canada). I am a member in good standing with the College of Pedorthics, and the Pedorthic Association of Canada.

I always knew I wanted to help others through their healing journeys. Becoming a chiropractor resonated with me because I loved the philosophy and science behind it. To me, being a chiropractor is so much more than manual adjustments. It’s really not just about the ‘cracking.’ I create a safe space that honours your mental, physical, and emotional health. I use a number of techniques to help you relax throughout the treatment, in order to get the most effective results. This can include the use of stretching, active release, heat, massage devices, or laser. Manual adjustments are done using my hands or an activator, and nothing is done without your consent. For example, if you’re not comfortable having your neck adjusted, I will use other methods to help correct alignment in that area.
I have been working in Ladner for almost 8 years, and although I live in Vancouver, I have grown to love this community. I’m excited about joining the team at Collaborative Wellness because I believe so strongly in their collaborative and caring approach with patients. I help people of all genders, abilities, and ages (with the exception of babies), including pre- and post-natal care. Most people that come to see me have pain, and my focus is to help you become pain free as quickly as possible, and then give you the tools you need to help you stay pain free. Common things I treat are neck and back pain, headaches and migraines, knee, ankle, and foot pain, vertigo and dizziness, arthritic pain, decreased mobility, nerve pain, poor posture, pelvic pain, and leg length discrepancies. I also work at Rize Fitness in Vancouver and there I focus heavily on sports rehab.
My credentials: I studied biology and kinesiology, before transitioning to the Western States Chiropractic College where I got my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I am also a member in good standing with the Canadian Chiropractic Association.

Hi, I’m Dr. Lauren Rea, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in BC and Burnaby native. I hold a degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science and completed my Naturopathic Medicine training at CCNM-Boucher.
As a former varsity soccer captain, I experienced firsthand the gaps in care that athletes face with injuries and performance challenges. This inspired my focus on sports medicine, athletic performance, and chronic pain management. I’m also passionate about complex chronic diseases and collaborate closely with Dr. Lisa on these cases.
I’m trained in acupuncture, IV therapy, and advanced injection therapies including PRP, prolotherapy, and joint injections. My goal is to equip you with the personalized care and knowledge to get back to your best self—whether that’s returning to sport or reclaiming your vitality.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find me at the gym, playing soccer, hiking, or reading the latest research to better serve my patients.

Erin is a Registered Acupuncturist in British Columbia and a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine candidate at Tzu Chi International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Proud of her Métis heritage, with Cree, French, and English roots, Erin’s connection to holistic healing traditions across cultures deeply informs her approach—honouring the whole person, not just the symptoms.
Her journey into healing began during her young son’s battle with leukemia, where she pursued her strong passion for natural medicine through Traditional Chinese medicine, while also completing her Master’s in Reiki, to support him and her family through treatment. Following a relapse, her older son’s life-saving bone marrow donation became a defining moment—further reinforcing her commitment to natural, integrative approaches to healing.
Erin’s understanding of health extends far beyond clinical training. Having witnessed her father’s struggle with diabetes and stroke recovery growing up, her mother’s experience with cancer and emotional hardship, and her husband’s journey through heart valve replacement and recovery, she brings a rare depth of compassion and perspective to her care. She understands that pain and illness affect not just the individual, but the entire family—and she treats every patient with that level of awareness.
Clinically, Erin focuses on pain management, sports injuries, internal medicine, and neurological conditions, helping patients recover from issues such as muscle and joint injuries, post-stroke symptoms, nerve-related dysfunction, and chronic pain patterns that have not responded to other treatments. She also works to identify and treat underlying internal imbalances that may be contributing to pain—addressing root causes rather than only symptoms.
Her approach combines advanced Yamamoto Scalp Acupuncture (YNSA) with traditional acupuncture and a fascia-based treatment model, allowing for a comprehensive approach to both neurological function and musculoskeletal recovery. By addressing the nervous system, internal organ function, circulation, and structural balance, treatments are designed to reduce pain, restore movement, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Erin is deeply dedicated to helping people who are in pain—especially those who feel they have run out of options. Having witnessed the impact of long-term suffering in her own family, she is committed to providing care that is both compassionate and results-driven, with a strong focus on helping patients regain function, independence, and a quality of life that they deserve.
In addition to treating active conditions, Erin is passionate about preventative medicine, working with patients to maintain balance, strengthen resilience, and prevent future illness or injury before it develops.
Her work is rooted in the belief that the body has an incredible capacity to heal when properly supported, and she is passionate about guiding her patients toward lasting recovery, resilience, and well-being.

Hi, I’m Mila, a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in BC. I’m a passionate advocate for integrative health. I hold a degree in Biomedical Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Waterloo and recently completed my Naturopathic Medicine training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Boucher Campus) in June 2024.
My journey into naturopathic medicine began as a teenager when I struggled with cystic acne. Conventional treatments didn’t provide the answers I was looking for, so I turned to an integrative approach to uncover and address the root cause. Additionally, my time as a varsity volleyball athlete at the University of Waterloo deepened my appreciation for comprehensive approaches to health and performance. These experiences inspired my commitment to helping others reclaim their health.
Today, I have an interest in women’s health, hormonal balance, weight management, family planning, and skin health, with a focus on conditions like acne and aging. My goal is to empower my patients with personalized treatment plans that address the underlying causes of their concerns while fostering lasting wellness. I believe education is key to helping you take charge of your health and achieve vibrant well-being.
Additionally, I have a growing passion in aesthetic and cosmetic skin rejuvenation, including Botox treatments and cosmetic PRP.
Outside the clinic, I love staying active through hiking, skiing, and hot yoga. I’m also a foodie at heart and enjoy exploring new cuisines with family and friends.
I’m excited to partner with you on your journey to becoming your most vibrant self—healthy, confident, and thriving from the inside out!

I am a a licensed Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Dr. Lisa and I actually completed our medical training at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster! We’ve always been good friends, with similar approaches to supporting patients on their health journeys.
I am passionate about both naturopathic and aesthetic medicine. I particularly love bridging the gap between the two by using the body’s natural processes to help people glow naturally from the inside, out. I use many different modalities including clinical nutrition and lifestyle counselling, herbal medicine, homeopathy, vitamins & supplements, intravenous (IV) nutrition and chelation therapy, and functional lab and nutrigenomic testing. The medical aesthetic services I provide include Botox (Nuceiva), dermal filler injections, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections for face and hair. I am so excited to be here at Collaborative Wellness working with this amazing team and plan to stay here for many years!
When not working at the clinic, I can be found hiking on trails around the Lower Mainland or appreciating gourmet food with friends and family. I have authored several articles on natural health topics, and also co-authored a book titled “Authentic Chinese Smart Carb Cookbook” (I love food!).
Dr. Wendy provides her services through Pacific Coast Integrative Medical Centre Inc., a health profession corporation.

The IV Experience is the NEW dedicated IV (intravenous) and injection therapy service offered exclusively at Collaborative Wellness!
IV therapy delivers high doses of fluids and nutrients directly into the bloodstream to help support the immune system, and potentially increase hydration and energy production. IV Therapy has better absorption compared to oral supplementation because it doesn’t rely on digestive function for vitamins to enter the bloodstream. Therapies will range from 15 min to 2 hours depending on the treatment.
We also offer iron infusions.
Injection therapies deliver nutrients into a muscle (similar to a vaccine) and may include vitamins like B12 or vitamin D. Injections are faster than IV’s (less than 5 min), making them well suited to people that need a smaller number of nutrients than an IV, and don’t require the extra fluids that an IV provides.
IV and injection therapies at Collaborative Wellness are prepared and delivered by qualified medical practitioners in a safe, relaxing environment. All patients are evaluated by one of our naturopathic doctors to ensure that therapies offered to each person is receiving the right treatment for their specific health needs.
